Rental Agent

What you will do

As a rental agent you guide the letting process from start to finish. One day you are at a viewing of a high-end apartment, the next you are working on letting a complete new-build project or walking through a remarkable listed building.

Our portfolio is broad and varied: from individual homes to complete residential complexes, and from existing buildings to new construction.

You are in frequent contact with house hunters, property owners and your colleagues at 365makelaardij and 365beheer. You keep the overview, act quickly and make sure homes are let well and efficiently.

• Guiding the full letting process for homes and projects
• Conducting intakes and preparing homes for letting
• Arranging and coordinating online property presentations
• Carrying out viewings and staying in touch with candidates
• Screening candidate tenants and checking rental files
• Advising on allocation and guiding the process towards the tenancy agreement and handover
• Inspections around move-in and move-out moments
• Maintaining contact with private and professional landlords
• Thinking along on letting plans and proposals for new assignments
• Spotting commercial opportunities
• Working together with colleagues at 365makelaardij, 365beheer and 365taxaties

Who you are

Above all we are looking for someone who fits the way we work. You are enthusiastic, commercially minded and you enjoy being given a lot of responsibility. You do not wait to be told what to do, but see what is needed and pick it up yourself.

You are easy to get along with, but professional when it counts. And when things get busy, you keep the overview and get things done.

• MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking
• Experience in real estate, letting or a comparable commercial property role
• A commercial and customer-focused attitude
• A proactive attitude and a healthy drive to win
• A good command of Dutch and English
• Driving licence B
• Preferably you live in the Utrecht region
