365makelaardij is part of the 365Beheer Group. In addition to our real estate agency, we are active in real estate management (365Beheer), have a valuation and research department (365Taxaties), and operate our own technical service department (365Onderhoud). With this group, we provide comprehensive services to both private and professional property owners. We achieve this by working efficiently, offering high-quality services, and staying at the forefront of the latest innovations.

 

The role

For our real estate department at our Utrecht branch, we are looking for a back-office employee. In this role, you are an important link within our team: thinking along, independence, and customer orientation are the keywords of the function.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers (property owners and buyers/tenants);
  • Handling incoming phone and email traffic;
  • Drafting and processing contracts and all other administrative tasks associated with the entire mediation process;
  • Supporting our field estate agents;
  • Developing and executing commercial activities including Social Media;
  • All administrative tasks associated with the daily operations of the real estate agency.

 

Do you recognize yourself in the following aspects

  • Education/work level at least MBO, preferably secretarial or legal;
  • Service-oriented, but also strong in administrative tasks;
  • Strong communication skills; Enthusiastic, representative, and a strong work ethic;
  • Flexible, independent, and collegial; Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
  • A multi-tasker.
