Where do you want to live, what type of home are you looking for and what is your budget? Based on your wishes and possibilities we create a search request for you. As soon as a property becomes available that matches this search request, you will receive an email – often even before the property appears on Funda. Got excited? Then we schedule a viewing and set off together.

Is there a house where you can see yourself living? Then we take the next step. We investigate, for example, the history of the property, whether any easements apply, what the zoning plan is and – in the case of an apartment – whether the homeowners' association is healthy. We can also arrange a building inspection for you. With all this knowledge at hand, you can make a well‑founded decision.

At 365makelaardij we always focus on results. We therefore aim for the sharpest possible purchase price and good terms. Think of the financing period, the completion, movable goods, a building‑technical inspection and any termination conditions. Your interests come first.

Check, check, double‑check. We review the purchase deed and all documents that belong to your new (t)home. If needed, we also schedule the appraisal for your mortgage and a building‑technical inspection. Is everything settled? Then you sign the purchase agreement. Time to uncork the champagne, because congratulations: you have bought a house!

The date of the key handover is, of course, written in big letters on your calendar. Before you go to the notary together with the seller, you walk through the property with your buying agent. You check that the property is empty and delivered as agreed. If everything is in order, you only need to sign.
